3rd in Charge/Room Leader - Big Einstein
About Me:
My name is Katie and I am currently working in Big Einstein as the room leader and support leadership and management with my role as 3rd in charge. After completing my level 3 in childcare I undertook training in SEND and behaviour management and now support the rooms as Behaviour Coordinator and Deputy SENDCO.
I enjoy coming into work every day as I know every day will be different and that I can make a difference to children’s learning.
I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends. I am a dog owner and love to see how children respond to him when we visit the nursery.
